Meet Micaela 

Micaela has found her ideal career as a Legal Assistant with one of our U.S.-based clients. Working remotely gives her more time and control over her environment, such as setting up her own workspace. 

Some of Micaela’s duties include scheduling phone calls, meeting with clients and other legal professionals, tracking important deadlines, and processing court documents, among other tasks. 

What’s Behind Micaela’s Positive Experience at Job Duck? 

During the interview, we learned that Micaela’s enjoyment of working with Job Duck goes beyond work-life balance and setting up her own workspace. The positive work environment also plays a meaningful role in the happiness she’s found in her career. 

She describes her colleagues as “talented and helpful” and considers them friends, noting that they have a close relationship. Who says you can’t make friends while working from home? 

“We have a very beautiful work relationship, but we also talk outside of work. We have more of a personal relationship. Hopefully, I’ll be able to meet them one day,” she shared.
