In this episode, we meet Romina, who works remotely from Mexico. Romina’s husband first applied to one of Job Duck’s career opportunities. After getting hired and validating it was an excellent opportunity, he referred Romina to apply.
During her application process, Romina assured she had a positive experience and that everyone was always super transparent. She also received full support from her Job Duck’s guide and Staffer liaison through every stage of the process.

Working as a Virtual Assistant
After successfully completing the application process, Romina became a Virtual Administrative Assistant for a U.S.-based law firm. She stated that the training she received during the application process and her probationary period helped her feel comfortable about the position. Some of her daily tasks include reviewing documents and saving them in a specific order. Her job mainly involves making sure that all documents and information are readily available for her team and boss.
Regarding the overall work experience, Romina is enthusiastic about the team trusting her and helping her grow professionally. Firmly, Romina has become an extra valuable asset for her team in the U.S.
