In this episode we meet Teresa, a remote worker from Mexico. Teresa had a satisfying experience as a Job Duck applicant. She explained that paying attention to detail increases your chances of success. As a result, Teresa further ensured that she had every opportunity to demonstrate why she would be a valuable asset to the company.
“Prior to being matched with the client I’m currently working with, I had to take different courses in order to ensure the highest level of productivity. I learned a lot and it helped me in my job. After successfully completing the application process, Teresa started working as a virtual administrative assistant for a U.S.-based law firm. Her role is to represent a liaison between the client and the attorney. Therefore, her primary duties include updating the clients of the status of their individual cases and keeping them informed.
“It’s really enriching because I get to know more about the clients. I also get very involved in U.S. legal terms, which is something I really enjoy a lot.” – Teresa from Mexico
