We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Yanina from Argentina. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Yanina, who works remotely from Argentina. Yanina applied for the administrative assistant position. She had a smooth experience with her application process because she received a lot of support from her liaison.
“She (her liaison) was great throughout the process. It has been a great experience.” – Yanina from Argentina
After successfully completing the application process, Yanina started working from home for a U.S.-based law firm. One of her main responsibilities is to be in charge of intakes, which requires her to have a lot of contact with potential new clients. Yanina is also responsible for responding to emails and arranging meetings. In addition to learning many new things, she expressed having a positive work experience.
“It has been great so far. I’ve learned a lot of new and interesting things. This is the first time I have worked for a law firm, and I’m learning a lot. I really enjoy every day.” – Yanina from Argentina
Yanina also mentioned how beneficial it was to stop commuting. Now, Yanina has extra time to do the things she loves with the people she loves the most. Since she started doing home office work with Job Duck, she believes she’s achieved a work-life balance.
“I have more time at home to spend with my pets, and when I finish working, I have time to meet my friends or to go to the gym, which I really enjoy.” – Yanina from Argentina
