On January 19 and 20, we’re opening the doors to a two-day virtual job fair built around learning and open conversation. Will you be joining us?

Welcome Sessions and Presentation
Both days begin with a welcome session. This means you can join the conversation, introduce yourself in the comments, and share why you decided to attend. We would love to hear from you!
Furthermore, we’ll talk about who we are, how Job Duck operates, and the career opportunities currently available. These sessions are meant to help you decide whether this environment aligns with what you are looking for.
The Application Tour
The Application Tour takes you through every step of the application process.
Across both days, we’ll show where to apply and what happens after submission. We’ll also cover common points of confusion and explain how to avoid them. If you have ever paused because something felt unclear, this session addresses that directly.
Interactive Session
The Interactive Session adds a bit of fun and keeps everyone engaged.
This exciting hour features a live game with the audience based on Job Duck–related questions. To take part, you’ll need to have your phone nearby. During this session, a QR code will appear on screen, which you’ll scan to log in and join the game.
If you’re paying close attention during the welcome session and the Application Tour, you may have an edge. Some of the questions will be based on what’s shared earlier in the event, so listening carefully can give you an advantage.

Stories From Our Team
A job fair feels incomplete without hearing from the people doing the work.
During this session, team members will share their experience at Job Duck, what surprised them most, and what helped them settle into their roles. You’ll also have the time to ask questions and hear perspectives that go beyond a job description.
This session closes out Day One.
How to Build Consistent Social Media Growth
The final session of Jobapalooza takes a different direction, focusing on learning that extends beyond applications or interviews.
Erick Guerra will host this webinar and share how teams plan, manage, and grow social media accounts. As a result, he will draw from direct experience and explain the thinking behind consistency, without relying on surface-level advice.
During the session, he will break down how content planning works behind the scenes and point out where most accounts go wrong. He will explain how teams build calendars, organize ideas, and make posting decisions over time. Most importantly, he will also share insights that most people never discuss publicly and usually keep within closed circles.
Finally, everyone who attends will receive a free resource during the session, with examples you can use immediately.
