Over the years, Ingrid fell in love with remote work. Unfortunately, as much as she enjoyed working from home, she felt something was missing. She wanted a career that would allow her to grow and be part of a company that supports a healthier work-life balance.
So, she began searching for new opportunities on LinkedIn. Not long into the process, one of our roles caught her attention. During the Weekly Tea interview, Ingrid explained that it aligned perfectly with her goals, expectations, and experience.

A New Start as an Intake Specialist with Job Duck
Since joining Job Duck, Ingrid has achieved a healthier balance. As a result, she feels more focused and energized in her remote role with one of our U.S.-based clients. As an Intake Specialist, Ingrid is the first point of contact between potential clients and the company.
Her daily responsibilities include answering inquiries, gathering preliminary information, and scheduling initial consultations with the attorney. In addition to her intake duties, Ingrid manages content creation for the firm’s social media platforms.
To follow in Ingrid’s footsteps and be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
- One year of related experience and/or a related degree
- Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- The ability to handle a large volume of calls per day
