  • Host an interview with general questions regarding the role you applied for.
  • Conduct a performance test to ensure your computer/laptop and internet speed are up to standard.
  • Invite you to join Duck University, a mandatory, paid training course where you learn all the basics of being a virtual assistant. (Note that we will pay you, not the other way around.)

If they decide to hire you after the interview—CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve been matched, and the next step is to set up a start date. If the U.S. employer feels like you are not what they are looking for after the interview, don’t worry! We will continue setting up more interviews with other employers until you get matched.
