Supporting Clients Remotely at a U.S.-Based Law Firm 

Marcela works remotely at a U.S.-based law firm with one of our clients. As an Intake Specialist, Marcela is the first point of contact, helping clients with legal inquiries while managing consultations and call scheduling. 

Additionally, she assists the attorneys by drafting documents and scheduling legal events, mediations, and hearings. During the interview, Marcela proudly stated, “I’m in charge of guiding the clients or potential clients to get to us and start working with us.” 

To follow in Marcela’s footsteps and be considered for this opportunity, you should have: 

• One year of related experience and/or a related degree 

• Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken) 

• Strong organizational abilities 

• Attention to detail 

• The ability to handle a large volume of calls per day
