To clarify, this isn’t a guide for you to become an astronaut but rather to help you build a path of success towards your goals. Have you heard the phrase: “Shoot for the moon – even if you miss it, you will land among the stars” by Les Brown? Well, at Job Duck, we believe it is possible to land on the moon when you shoot towards it thanks to our company’s culture. Continue reading the best-kept secret: how to land on the moon and make your goals attainable!
On the 21st of July 1969, Neil Armstrong took one giant leap for mankind by becoming the first man to walk on the moon. Neil Armstrong was the eldest of three and found his passion for aviation when he was only six years old. Also, he proved his excellence by becoming an Eagle Scout, a licensed pilot, and an aeronautical engineer (despite the Korean War in 1950), all the way to becoming the commander of Apollo 11. Therefore, remember that we can all be incredible, but it takes a lot of determination, discipline, and hard work to become a red giant.
Blast away towards the best version of yourself by living up to Job Duck’s core values.
Attack your day
We always reach our goals or surpass them because we are hungry for success. Also, we rely on each other because a galaxy is brighter than one star alone. Everything starts when you set your goal and subgoals to reach your primary objective. This way, you can prepare yourself mentally and physically to get one step closer to that goal every single day.
Be Incredible
Become the best at what you do. Use every day wisely to acquire the necessary skills to achieve your goal. Be organized, efficient, and healthy, and grow your intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Moreover, never settle for mediocrity. Be open-minded and optimistic, and spot opportunities to do some self-improvement. Reach happiness by being the incredible person you can be.
Complete the job
Don’t take too much time planning or waiting for a perfect moment that may never come. Make it happen! There will always be unpleasant tasks in our way, but there’s no way around them. Don’t think about it too much and snap it up. Complete the job the best way possible with all the tools you have collected in this cosmic journey. Challenges may seem like black holes, but once you overcome them, you might find that you have stepped through a wormhole leading you closer to a promising future.
Dream big
If you can dream it, you can do it! Be ambitious with your goals. Doing this might mean you’ll have to work harder, but everything will be worth it once you properly invest your mind. Enjoy the ride and the destination your hard work will get you to. Remember that every successful person began as a white dwarf with a dream that turned them into a nova.
Excuse free attitude
Don’t lie to yourself to make yourself feel better or to avoid doing something. When we get rid of excuses, we can become nebulas and then turn into stars. Therefore, be aware that every decision and action you make has consequences, so take responsibility. There is always a new lesson to learn. Don’t be afraid, be open-minded, and you will be one step closer to the best version of yourself.
Stop waiting for the moment to come. Take the leash of your destiny and make it happen. We are looking forward to hearing that you made it and that you finally stepped on the moon. However, you don’t have to settle for the moon since Mars is pretty close. We want you to be happy and free, aspects that entwine with work, money, and self-discovery. Did you find the best-kept secret: how to land on the moon helpful? Also, the 25th of July had a full moon. Was the sun the culprit? Or was it your dazzling self? Let us know in the comments!
