Antonio from Mexico works remotely with one of our U.S. employers as part of a legal firm in an administrative position. His daily tasks include calling medical providers, gathering information, and adding everything to the system.
Additionally, he prepares letters sent by fax or email, and he said, “Everything in my role is easy to follow,” which makes his work easier and more enjoyable.
Support During the Application Process
Antonio explained that three or four team members guided him during the early stages of the application process. He said, “I never felt forgotten,” and that comment alone shows how important clear guidance is for candidates.
The team kept him updated, answered questions, and made sure he understood every step. Although the application, just like our career opportunities, is fully virtual, he always felt included because someone was checking on him.
Advice for Future Applicants
When asked what helped him succeed, Antonio mentioned patience and attention to detail. These two habits kept him focused during the application process.
He encourages applicants to stay calm, ask questions, and trust that the work they put in will lead somewhere good. He ended it off by saying, “I’m really happy with the firm I’m working with.”
