In this episode, we meet Amanda who works remotely from Honduras. As an Intake Specialist, Amanda’s daily tasks include documenting and uploading any information for potential clients and receiving inbound calls from leads.
Additionally, she manages taking payments and documents for current and former clients for any legal cases that need to be up to date in the law firm’s system. Amanda has made a great contribution to her team in the U.S.
