We’re excited to share our new Weekly Tea with Esmeralda from Argentina. In this segment, we invite Job Duck’s virtual assistants to share their experiences of working from home with us.
Getting to Know Esmeralda
Originally hired as a receptionist working with one of our clients in the U.S., Esmeralda’s various skills and talents have now landed her in a position where she focuses more on intake.
Some of her duties include administrative tasks, working on Excel, and tracking their intakes. She also organizes documents by renaming and rearranging them.
Achieving a Healthy Work-Life Balance
Esmeralda is delighted with her work-life balance, stating that everyone respects the work schedules. She finds time to enjoy her personal life as much as she enjoys working with Job Duck.
She’s able to take her lunch and breaks while also clocking off on time without the need to work extra hours. Esmeralda stated, “It really helps me to balance my personal life and work life.”
Valuable Advice from Esmeralda
When our host asked Esmeralda if she had any advice for people interested in applying for our career opportunities, Esmeralda did not shy away from giving valuable tips:
“Just trust the process, have patience, and always try to ask what things you could do better. Just communicate with each Rep (guide) that you have contact with because they will reply to you and help you along the way.”
