Working From Home
Teresa asked him about the perks of working from home, to which Jesús answered that what he likes the most is that he is safe since he does not have to go outside and expose himself to the coronavirus. Also, he enjoys not commuting to work since he uses that time to relax and be with his family. Furthermore, Jesús believes that he has reached a work-life balance.
“What you guys offer is what I was looking for, and it has helped me carry on a healthier life. I like the fact that you guys help us find amazing people in the U.S to work for. The people at the firm that I am working for are amazing. I have learned a lot from them. It has helped me in my professional career.”Jesús, V.A.
Regarding his team
They have helped him be more productive, plus they are kind. Teresa and Jesús agreed on the statement that it feels as if they were in the same office since they laugh together, have weekly meetings, and get to know each other.
On several occasions, our followers have asked us if there are opportunities for growth. Tere asked Jesús for his perspective regarding this subject. He answered that for him, growth was a matter of time and proving that you are capable. Once he did that, he earned the trust of his team and was assigned more responsibilities.
“I hope this helps people out there that want to apply. It is worth it.”Jesús, V.A.
