In this episode, we meet Karlita, who works remotely from Mexico. Karlita found out about Job Duck while browsing for a professional opportunity on a Mexican job posting site. Having read the job description thoroughly, she decided to apply for the position of virtual administrative assistant.

During the interview, Karlita mentioned that she never planned on working in a home-based position, but she ended up loving the experience. Karlita assured she’s not planning on getting back to an on-site job ever again.

According to Karlita, her experience as a candidate during her application process was very smooth.
