In this episode, we meet Kevin, who works remotely from Colombia. Kevin decided to leave his previous job and look for a new professional opportunity that could bring work-life balance to him. That’s when he found out about Job Duck.

Kevin applied for the administrative virtual assistant position through Facebook. He shared several valuable tips for candidates who will soon begin their application process.
During the interview, Alina asked Kevin about his experience working remotely for a U.S.-based firm. Kevin expressed that he has had to be a quick learner, but the experience has been very positive so far.

Kevin advised the viewers not to be afraid to ask their questions in the first days of training. He mentioned that it is important to resolve any doubts in order to deliver the best results and performance in future projects.
