We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Marifer from Mexico. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Marifer. Marifer considered working from home when looking for work. Marifer came across Job Duck and thought it was a great opportunity, so she decided to apply for the administrative assistant position. In particular, she applied for a virtual receptionist position.
Marifer works with a U.S.-based law firm. Some of her daily tasks include taking calls, helping people when they want to speak with an attorney, and scheduling meetings. She also takes care of the international calls and transferred calls.
During the interview, Marifer took the opportunity to share her positive experience working with this U.S.-based law firm. She described the work relationship as awesome and super nice.

She shared how much she enjoys being able to work from home. She agreed that she has reached a work-life balance since she started working with Job Duck.

Before the interview concluded, Marifer took the time to share some last words of encouragement for the people who are hesitant on applying.
