In this episode, Valery interviews Ahiza, who has been part of The Job Duck’s team for almost a year now. She works from her home in Mexico. One of her main daily tasks is to review the profiles of the candidates during their Job Duck application process.

Perks of working for Job Duck
Ahiza mentioned that what she likes the most about working from home is not having to be in traffic anymore. At her previous jobs, she spent 1 or 2 hours in traffic to get to her office, which in her own words, is pretty exhausting. Furthermore, staying at home has given her more availability to spend time with her family. She assured that she has reached a work-life balance, and that, at Job Duck, she now has time for everything.
Before finishing the interview, Ahiza shared some valuable last words for the people that are hesitant about applying to the Job Duck open positions:
