In this episode, we meet Will. He applied for the administrative assistant position at Job Duck on LinkedIn. After successfully completing the application process, Will was matched with a U.S.-based law firm.
Some of his daily tasks include scheduling meetings, managing the incoming and outgoing emails of the firm, and sending appointment reminders, among other things. Will also keeps track of the firm’s social media metrics.
Will was kind enough to share his overall experience working with a U.S.-based team.
He described it as an extra positive experience, assuring that everyone has been very welcoming since the beginning.

During the interview, Will shared that he believes that being in a home-based position has given him a strategic advantage. Working from home has allowed him to handle his at-home responsibilities while still being productive at work.
