We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Rodrigo from El Salvador. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Rodrigo, who works remotely from El Salvador. Rodrigo is part of Job Duck’s internal IT department. His official position is Junior Developer. In his interview, Rodrigo discussed the skills he believes an applicant for a similar job should possess. He also gave some tips for the interview stage during the application process.
“You just need to demonstrate why you’re awesome. Also stay relaxed, because if you’re stressed, you may get stuck, confused, and maybe mix up your answers. Just relax, chill, be yourself, and it’s going to be great!” – Rodrigo from El Salvador
Rodrigo shared his experience so far working with Job Duck as an internal team member. He described it as an incredible and positive experience.
“I love working here. Working with my teammates has been great because they support me. If we encounter an issue, we try to solve it all together. If we get stuck, we know we have each other to ask for help.” – Rodrigo from El Salvador
Rodrigo took a moment at the end of the interview to encourage all candidates who want to apply for Job Duck’s open positions.
“Just trust the process. Trust your answers and be yourself, and everything is going to be great.” – Rodrigo from El Salvador
